1.Introduction
This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy was prepared in compliance with the provisions of
Brazilian Federal Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Law for the Protection of Personal Data and relevant
global data privacy and protection laws and regulations (“Laws”) in order to define the rules and
clarify the rights related to the privacy and protection of the personal data of users of the software
platform developed by Precision Data Engenharia e Ciencia de Dados Ltda., a Brazilian entity
with head offices at Rua Bela Cintra, 358 – Consolacao, Sao Paulo/SP, Zip Code 01415-000
(“Precision Data” or “We”).

2. Enforceability
It applies to Precision Data, in service to the Laws, as the recipient of the personal data that may be
provided by users of the software platform developed by Precision Data, as well as any and all holders
whose personal data may eventually be processed by Precision Data (e.g., employees, customers,
customer employees, our suppliers and other partners) and for which Precision Data becomes
responsible – from collection – for the use, storage and protection as controller of the information
provided in accordance with the legal definition.
3.Personal Data Collected and Purposes
We collect personal data to enable the platform /site to provide the proposed services and to enable
the development of the proposed activity as well as to offer the best user experience. This personal
data is used for the following purposes, following the respective legal bases.
We use the following data used for registration of users and billing of the client in the Precision Data
Platform: full name, email and phone.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as
communications about changes to our terms, conditions, and standards. Because this information is
important to your interaction with Precision Data, you may choose to not receive such
communications.
We may also use personal information for internal purposes, such as auditing, data analysis, and
research to improve the services and communications of Precision Data users.
We store the information we collect with unique identifiers linked to the browser, app, or device
you’re using. This helps us maintain the preferences you’ve already selected, for example.
4.Sharing Personal Data
All data, information and communications collected by us are considered confidential, and will not be
provided to third parties, unless provided by this Policy.
Precision Data shares with the client application/website the information collected to provide or
improve the services, for example, but not limited to (i) synchronization of user-connected accounts
in order to keep their data up to date; (ii) develop and offer new features; (iii) collect generic or
anonymized statistics for monitoring the service provided; (iv) monitoring against errors, fraud or
any other electronic crime.
In doing so, we require the client application/site to handle this information in accordance with the
relevant laws. Personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
without the customer’s permission.
In addition, to develop and improve the Services provided by Precision Data, we may hire third-party
service providers to perform certain business operations on Precision Data’s behalf. When you do
this, we may need to share your personal information with them. We provide our service providers
with only the personal information they need to perform the services we request and require them
to protect that information and not use it for any other purpose.
Precision Data may also disclose your personal data to third parties, such as Precision Data vendors
for our business, such as technical support, IT system operation, cloud platform data storage.
In addition, we may disclose your data in the event of court determination, order of competent
authority or need to defend our rights in legal or administrative claims.
Additionally, it is possible that some of the transfers mentioned above occur to recipients located
outside the national territory. In this circumstance, the parties undertake to do so only for countries
that provide a degree of protection to personal data in accordance with best practices, always
observing current laws, thus providing users with guarantees of safeguards their data, with specific
contractual clauses, without prejudice to the prior collection of their respective specific consent,
where applicable.
5.Secure Personal Data
Precision Data takes several precautions in compliance with the guidelines on safety standards,
guidelines, standards and practices set forth in applicable laws, including the Laws. Access to the
information collected is restricted to employees and authorized persons, those who misuse this
information, in violation of the provisions contained in this document, will be subject to the
disciplinary and legal penalties applicable. In the event of this nature, Precision Data emphasizes
that it will make every effort to remedy and/or minimize the consequences of what happened, always
in adherence to the best information security practices, aiming in this way to provide a safe and
optimized experience for its users.
6.Precision Data as Personal Data Controller
Precision Data is directly responsible for personal data, but there may be situations where Precision
Data is not directly responsible, but only a third party processing entity, qualified as an operator.
When Precision Data treats personal data as a personal data operator, this is ordered by a third party
and Precision Data is then bound by the instructions given by the third party. In these situations,
Precision Data cannot guarantee that such processing will occur in accordance with this Privacy Policy,
but Precision Data will always ensure that the processing is in accordance with applicable law and,
as far as possible, in accordance with this Privacy Polic
7.Retention and Deletion of Personal Data
At any time you may opt out of your personal data from Precision Data’s storage database in
accordance with the procedure set out in this Privacy Policy.
However, Precision Data may retain some personal data for an additional period for the purposes of
contract execution, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, as well as for any regular exercise
of Precision Data’s right, as well as for auditing and compliance with compliance standards. The
retention of personal data will be made for the period necessary to comply with the above-the-record
obligations, always respecting the deadlines set out in the applicable legislation.
As a general rule, we keep the data tied to an account for a period of five (5) years after the
termination of a contract.
8.Rights as a Personal Data Holder
Precision Data reserves the possibility of exercising the following rights and requests related to their
personal data:
a) Confirmation of the existence of processing
b) Access to personal data
c) Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
d) Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or allegedly processed data in
non-compliance with the Laws, unless the hypotheses provided for in law
e) Portability of the data to another service provider or product, upon express request by the
user
f) Elimination of data processed with the user’s consent, with the case given the assumptions
provided by law
g) Obtaining information about the entities with which you shared your data
h) Information on the possibility of the user not providing consent, as well as being informed
about the consequences in case of negative
i) Information relating to the processing, storage and disposal of personal data within the Laws
j) Withdrawal of consent.

9.Changes to the Privacy Polic
Precision Data reinforces its commitment to the privacy of the information provided through
continuous improvement and improvement of the experience and security of its users. Therefore,
the practices of processing personal data may undergo future changes to reflect possible changes,
always towards the best practices of the segment. The updates made will be made available at
Precision Data’s e-mail address, and such changes will be valid, effective and binding to the website.
Communications will be made through one of the channels made available to users during
registration, when applicable.
